While playing a round of Fortnite, Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek told viewers that PUBG needs to stop being what it is and evolve into a different game if it wanted to stay alive.

Responding to a viewer asking why he doesn’t play PUBG anymore, Shroud said the game was boring and not much fun to play.

“It’s literally the same game,” he told viewers. “Nothing’s different, they’ve added nothing to make it better, it’s only gotten worse.”

But, Shroud doesn’t think PUBG is a bad game, it just needs improvements and changes in order to keep players interested and invested.

“It’s still a great game, it just needs to change, needs to adapt,” Shroud told viewers. “Needs to stop being what it is and kind of, you know, evolve into a different game.”

Shroud doesn’t go into detail about what changes or improvements he would like to see come to PUBG, he just laments the fact that “It’s literally the same game.”

PUBG has been under fire lately, especially since Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s new Blackout mode had it’s private beta, which a lot of people heralded as a ‘PUBG Killer’.

Shroud has stuck to streaming CS:GO and Fortnite after leaving PUBG in his rearview mirror, and a lot of players might do the same when Black Ops 4 drops on October 12.
